Experiential Learning - Job Shadowing

MDCP has forged a dynamic partnership with the Silverwood Project to enrich the educational journey of CTE students through hands-on experiential learning. This innovative collaboration will provide CTE students with unparalleled opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement through job shadowing experiences. Over the course of five weeks, participating students will have the unique chance to visit five distinct construction job sites, immersing themselves in real-world scenarios and gaining invaluable insights into the construction industry. By fostering direct engagement with industry professionals and exposing students to diverse facets of construction work, this initiative aims to empower the next generation of skilled workers and cultivate a workforce equipped for success in the field.
